These are the rules that govern your account and every bet you place at Slots Khelo. Please read them carefully — they are written in plain English so every Pakistani player can understand exactly what applies.

Welcome to Slots Khelo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Slots Khelo ("Slots Khelo", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Slots Khelo operates as an online sports betting and casino platform serving Pakistani players. All transactions on this platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to every service available on the platform including sports betting, PSL betting, live cricket, casino games including Baccarat and Andar Bahar, crash games including Aviator, and the online slots library.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Slots Khelo platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.
Important: These Terms apply to all users, regardless of device, connection type, or the method used to access Slots Khelo. Using the platform on a mobile browser or via a direct link does not exempt you from these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account at Slots Khelo. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Slots Khelo takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.
Each player is entitled to one Slots Khelo account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, valid Pakistani phone number, and payment details for any linked Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank account. Slots Khelo may verify your identity at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Slots Khelo will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@slots-khelo.net.
Please note: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or bet) for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account procedures are detailed in Section 10.
All deposits at Slots Khelo are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
Slots Khelo currently accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods:
All deposits must come from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are prohibited. Funds deposited from a third-party source will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your Slots Khelo wallet within minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank. Slots Khelo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
Slots Khelo does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank before depositing.
Withdrawals at Slots Khelo are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes on average for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
Before requesting a withdrawal, your deposited funds must have been wagered at least once across any real-money bet at Slots Khelo. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all accounts. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6.
Slots Khelo may request identity verification (CNIC copy or equivalent) before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000. This is for your protection. Verification documents must be submitted via the secure document portal in your account settings. Slots Khelo will not request documents via WhatsApp or email.
Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your name. Slots Khelo cannot process withdrawals to a third party's mobile wallet or bank account. If your registered payment details have changed, please update them in account settings and allow up to 24 hours for re-verification before making a withdrawal request.
Placing a bet on Slots Khelo constitutes acceptance of the result as determined by Slots Khelo's settlement team based on official match data. All bets are final once confirmed in your account. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement unless Slots Khelo specifically allows cash-out on a given market.
The minimum bet across all markets at Slots Khelo is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and match. High-value bets may require manual review. For PSL match-winner markets, standard maximum stakes are available in your account. Slots Khelo reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts or markets at its discretion.
A bet may be declared void (and your stake returned) in the following circumstances: a match is abandoned before sufficient overs are completed; a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and accepted; or an event is cancelled with no rescheduled date within 72 hours. Void bets are settled at 1.00 (stake returned).
Live in-play odds on Slots Khelo update after each delivery for cricket. There may be brief periods during which betting is suspended — for example, while a wicket is confirmed or a DRS review is in progress. Bets accepted during a suspension period are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed. Slots Khelo is not responsible for odds displayed during connectivity issues on the user's end.
Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one selection is void, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue. If the accumulator reduces to a single selection, it becomes a single bet. Slots Khelo supports accumulators of up to 20 legs.
Note on Obvious Errors: If odds are displayed due to a technical error that is clearly incorrect — for example, PSL match-winner odds of 50.00 on a strong favourite — Slots Khelo reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return all stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet settled as a winner.
Slots Khelo runs regular promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, PSL season specials, cashback offers and odds boosts. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's own terms. Typical wagering requirements at Slots Khelo range from 5× to 15× the bonus amount. Only real-money bets count towards wagering — bets placed with bonus funds on odds below 1.50 do not count.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available once per person and once per household (same IP address or physical address). Attempting to claim a new-player bonus with a second account will result in both accounts being closed and all funds forfeited.
Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire within 30 days of being credited unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from your account. Slots Khelo will send an in-app reminder 7 days before a bonus expires.
Price boost promotions on PSL and Pakistan international cricket markets are offered at Slots Khelo's discretion. Boosted odds are valid for single bets only unless stated. Maximum stake on a boosted price is displayed alongside the offer.
All casino games available on Slots Khelo — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Roulette, the online slots library and crash games including Aviator — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or any user.
The published RTP for each game represents the long-run theoretical return to players. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the published RTP, which is based on statistical modelling over millions of game rounds. No individual win or loss can be predicted from RTP figures.
Crash games including Aviator operate on provably fair algorithms. The multiplier at which the round ends is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered. Players who cash out before the crash receive their stake multiplied by the cashout multiplier. Players who do not cash out before the crash lose their stake. Disconnections during a crash game round: if your connection drops after a round has started, your auto-cashout setting (if set) will still execute. If no auto-cashout is set, the stake will be lost if the round crashes before your connection is restored.
Online slots at Slots Khelo display minimum and maximum bet values per spin on the game interface. Jackpot games carry their own supplementary terms available within the game window. Free spins awarded as bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Slots Khelo platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Slots Khelo monitors all accounts for suspicious patterns. Our compliance team investigates flagged accounts thoroughly before any suspension decision is made. If your account is suspended in error, please contact us at support@slots-khelo.net with your account details.
Slots Khelo reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if these Terms are breached. In most cases, players will be notified by email or in-app message before suspension unless the breach relates to fraud or money laundering, in which case suspension may be immediate without prior notice.
You may close your Slots Khelo account at any time by contacting support@slots-khelo.net. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days, provided no open bets or active bonuses are pending. We will confirm closure by email.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit or betting activity. Dormant accounts are charged a maintenance fee of Rs 50 per month after an initial notification period of 30 days. Slots Khelo will attempt to contact you before any fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
If your account is placed on a verification hold — for example while identity documents are being reviewed — you may continue to access and view your account but deposits, bets and withdrawal requests will be suspended until verification is completed. Slots Khelo aims to complete verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.
Slots Khelo collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and customer support.
Your data is never sold to third parties. It is shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banking partners) only as necessary to process your transactions. Slots Khelo retains transactional records for a minimum of five years as required by Pakistani financial regulations.
By registering you agree to receive account-related communications (bet confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) which are essential to your account. You may opt out of marketing communications (PSL promotions, bonus offers) at any time via Account Settings or by replying STOP to any SMS. Opting out of marketing will not affect your account functionality.
Slots Khelo provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the user's end, or third-party payment delays.
Slots Khelo is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — except in cases where such loss arises from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
Slots Khelo is not responsible for the outcome of any bet. Sports results and casino game outcomes are outside our control. The platform facilitates betting and casino play; it does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.
Betting involves risk. You may lose your entire stake on any bet. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Slots Khelo encourages all players to treat betting as entertainment and to use our responsible gaming tools proactively.
Slots Khelo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and via an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments (for example, correcting a typographical error or adding clarification) may be made without advance notice.
The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Slots Khelo platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account as described in Section 10 before the new Terms take effect.
